Hat size is based on the circumference of the head. In order to determine your proper hat size, you must take a measurement of your head. Using a soft tape measure your head above the eyebrows and above the ears where the hat will sit. Keep one extra finger width of space on the side and choose your hat size based on that. If not certain about size pick the larger one.
